We created a backup of two projects in our old instance of Jira Software (Cloud) as an exported csv file of tasks/issues (this is the only route we can take -- the other ones are not viable).
Then, we tried to upload the projects to the new instance by following the instructions given by Atlassian. For one of the projects, it worked fine.
For the other one, only 3/80 issues got imported. The field mapping was fine, but when it came to the actual values, there were some errors which we could not see.
All we could see is that the issue values were mapped to blank fields. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, are there any solutions?
