My organization has been configured to pull from a Gmail inbox using Oauth, but it seems to no longer be working. When testing the incoming server, it does not return an error but says there are no messages in the inbox, even though there are unread messages.
Also, please try the following steps now and check the status.
Open and select the cog icon > System > Incoming Mail
Find all mail servers with Google OAuth Authentication Type
Select Edit, and then Re-authorize
