The problem is that Jira indicates it is undergoing maintenance, and we haven't been able to use it since Saturday. According to your policies, maintenance is scheduled from 1:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m., but here in Peru it is already 10:00 a.m. and the issue still hasn't been resolved. The maintenance message is still showing. When will you be able to fix this? We can’t move forward without Jira. We would appreciate a quick response and a solution.
