How can i find issues types specially report and design types 

and  find ( R1,R2,R3) ?

You've almost answered your own question.

Assuming R1, R2 and R3 are issue types you think of as report or design, then

issuetype in ( R1, R2, R3)

will do it in the issue search

The number of issue types you have should be driven by the number you need for your processes.
