My team has been researching how to migrate JIRA issues to another workspace. I have currently tried using the CSV import feature, but I encountered the following problem:
When using the CSV import feature to import JIRA issues, the issues are successfully imported, but epics are not imported, and they are also not displayed in the timeline overview page. Could you please explain why this is happening? Could you provide some guidance on how to configure epics within the CSV import feature, and how to ensure that epics are displayed in the timeline after import?
Apart from the CSV import feature, are there any other solutions available to complete the migration of JIRA issues to another workspace? Thanks!
