Issues Not Completed appear as completed in the Velocity Chart???
Hi,
I don't manage to fully understand the Velocity Chart (it seems I am not the only one).
According to the Sprint report I have 9 story points completed (status Closed), and 3 story points incompleted (any other status).
However, in the locity chart the 12 appear as completed!!!!!! The reports contradict to each other!
Would it be possible to know once and for all how this velocity chart is generated? I see tons of tickets of people unable to understand what is included and what is not.
What do I have to do so that the velocity chart displays the same info as the Sprint report? Do I have to set the incomplete tickets to a certain status so that they are not displayed as completed in the Velocity chart?
