All of my issues in a project are no longer showing in the backlog of my Kanban board but you can find them in the Issues tab?

Any ideas on how on how to get them to show in the backlog again?

Hello @Abby_Long

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Per your description, I understand that you are able to see/access the issues created when using the issue navigator page, however, they are not appearing in the backlog view of your board. Is that correct?

There are two common root causes for this issue:

1 - Your board filter is not returning the new issues created. To make sure your issue is properly returning in the board filter, run the steps below:

- Navigate to your board > Click in the three dots icon at the top-right corner > Board settings

- Click to Edit filter query and check if that query is properly returning the issues created. Additionally, if you are using a Kanban board, check below the Edit filter query under Board settings > General if there are any sub-filter configured that might be removing your issues from the board:

2 - If you are using a Kanban board, it is possible that the start status of your newly created issues is not mapped in the backlog column of your board. You can check it by following these steps:

- Navigate to Board settings > Columns

- Confirm if the start status of your issues is the same mapped under the backlog column:

Let us know if this information helps. If it does not apply to your current scenario, please provide us a screenshot of the issues that are not displaying in your backlog (hiding any sensitive information) together with the General and Columns views under your Board settings.
