I have tagged some issues in future sprints, but these are not visible in the assigned sprint backlog. The ticket detail screen shows the sprint assigned correctly however, the sprint backlog doesn't have the ticket listed. What could be the possible reason?

Hello @sanam khan

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

In a Scrum Backlog screen the list of issues are grouped by the sprint (Active or Future) to which they are assigned. If they are not assigned to an Active or Future sprint and are not already completed then they appear at the bottom of the screen in the Backlog list.

Is the sprint to which you assigned the issues listed in the Scrum Backlog screen?

Is the issue within the scope of the filter for the board you are viewing?

Do you have any Quick Filters activated when you are viewing the Backlog?

Hi @sanam khan

I think it is simply because they are in your current/future sprint. When you add an issue to a sprint, it disappears from your backlog to go to your assigned sprint.

You can also check your board filter.
