Issuelist Empty until default columns selected

Just started working with a JIRA instance at a Vendor, but every time I execute a filter shared by someone else to search for issues, what I get is "1-50 of 58"  and then nothing shown.

The I press the columns buttons and ask for default columns and now the list is populated.

If I do my own saved filters everything is OK.

Anyone seen something similar?

Hey Tim, 

The JQL returns results (1-50 of 58) which suggest issues are viewable, hence the suspect could be on the renderer or browser. 

Can you verify if this is:

• Affecting different browsers?
• Any customization or scripts for example in announcement banner?
