I have tried to contact you several times over the phone and by messages but haven't received and answer yet.
I try to send out invitations for the ones that are going to use the service we already purchased but they don't receive the e-mails and when I get someone to join they get a free account even though we have a license.

Atlassian do not do telephone support unless you have the premium support package, so I'm not sure what you expect from calling people who don't do support.
You'll need to explain the question a little bit more, as there are no "free accounts" in Jira Software, so we can't understand what you are doing here. (You can get "customer" accounts for free, in Service Desk, but you've not mentioned that)
