Issue with the Story

Hello,

For one of our project WWE, when the story which is completed is being assigned to someone who is no more active on JIRA. We have components assigned for each of the departments.

For QA department the current person assigned is Santosh, however when the story is marked as completed it is being auto assigned to Samreen (Inactive). How do we correct this and keep the assigned person as Santosh only?

I can't tell you how you have configured your system. You will need to log in as an admin and look at the workflow, your scripts and automations.
