Issue with the 9.1 upgrade

I'm running the 9.1 upgrade, but it seems to be stuck on the "uninstalling previous version" step which has been running for 2 hours so far.

could you please tell us a bit more about your setup and can you confirm which steps for upgrading from the linked documentation you are following?
