I need some help with a user of my company please. When he clicks on an issue from his filter screen and the ticket loads, the comment section fails to do so, and he is unable to comment or view comments. But if he rights click and opens in a new tab or enters from another place, he is able to see the comment section. He reproduced his steps to show me, and I saw that his filter view is not the same one as mine, and I was thinking, can this be maybe that he's running and older version of jira that's making the bug?

Could you please confirm if this behavior is occurring only with that specific user? check if you can reproduce the issue using the impersonation feature.
If the issue cannot be replicated, please request the user to try replicating the problem in an incognito window.
Afterward, advise the user to clear their browser cache and test again.
