When we are using "https://jira.example.com/ticket/browse/APK-137" in customer notifications it is directly redirecting to
"https://jira.example.com/ticket/servicedesk/customer/portal/18/APK-137"
specifically for not licensed users (external users)
Is there any way to stop this redirecting mechanism for particular project ?
User with no license can only access their ticket through the JIRA portal. That means there is no way fro them to access browse/SPT-137 . In order to access this url the user need a JIRA license.
