Issue with Tempo Gadgets

Hi Community! 

Hoping someone can help with an issue I'm having. 

I am trying to add some Tempo gadgets to my dashboard to monitor how much time has been spent on each client however when I use, for instance, 'Tempo Total Hours' in just swirls round thinking about it but doesn't actually do anything.

I am also seeing an issue on another gadget where none of our customers are pulling through even though we have customers set up.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Can you please create a ticket for this problem in our Tempo Support portal, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this problem. 

Information if this affects all users, the browser you are using, and screenshots might be helpful.
