Hi All,
Within the detailed ticket / issue view, down the left hand side we have a number of apps connected. One of which is Stride, that is no longer available.
We are experiencing the issue 'App is not responding'. We have removed the app, however it is still displaying within this section. Any suggestions on how we can remove this?

did u uninstall the app from the manage apps page ?
It was removed some time ago. Only connected apps displaying are;

Stride will be decommissioned by atlasian on feb 15 2019 as per this link

maybe wait for few days or do a login logout or clear the cache/cookies of your browswer to see if it goes away.
if all else fails raise support call with atlassian at support.atlassian.com

under manage apps there is a option where you can select ALL APPS.,
that will show you system apps as well.
if stride shows up there disable it there. here is the screenshot
