Our Rovo Dev subscription has been canceled, and the reason provided was missing or incorrect payment information. However, we already had a valid credit card on file.
I am currently trying to update our billing details, but the system is not accepting the information I enter. I have also attempted to use different credit cards, but none of them are being accepted.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Here on the community we can't deal with Billing and Licensing related issues.
You will have to raise a request with Atlassian Support
You need to have an admin role on the Cloud organization you are in (space/project admin is not enough)
