I'm trying to set up an application link from JIRA to Solar Winds Service Desk using these instructions. https://help.samanage.com/s/article/Now-Available-Enhanced-JIRA-Integration-Setup-Instructions-1536721507460
I get to the step before pulling over projects (in other words, entered the public key, and all auth information). Then I get this error.
