Hi!
I have a question regarding Advanced Roadmap.
In our project we use Epics and tasks as usual, an epic contains some standard issues (e.g. Improvements and Stories) but all issues doesn't belong to an epic. The challenge I have is that we would like to create high-level plans where a level above can contain both epics and separate issues.
It would look something like this:
- Big Plan 1
-- Epic 1
--- Improvement 1
--- Improvement 2
-- Epic 2
--- Improvement 3
--- Story 1
--- Bug 1
-- Improvement 4
-- Story 2
-- Bug 2
-- Bug 3
In this case "Big Plan 1" would be an issue type above all the others, so it contains:
-- Epic 1 (with children)
-- Epic 2 (with children)
-- Improvement 4
-- Story 2
-- Bug 2
-- Bug 3
I tried Initiative, but it can only contain epics in the level below. Could I perhaps solve this with a new issue type? Otherwise I will solve it with filters, but I would like to get the progress and hierarchy in a "Big Plan".
I hope this makes sense and that someone is able to help!

No, you can't skip a layer in the hierarchy.
Bummer :)
Thank you for the quick response!
