Issue type converted to milestone

I use  WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira Cloud and I want to use Milestones in my WBS Gantt chart. But apparently the only issue type I can convert to milestone is the "subTask".

I created a new issue type, but the function to convert it in milestone is dimmed. 

Is there any option?

Thank you for posting! I’m Charlotte from WBS Gantt-chart support team.

It's possible to convert any issue type into a milestone, however, there are some things to consider. So, when you right-click on an issue and select the option Convert to milestone and the option is greyed-out, it usually displays a message saying what the issue is, for example:

What's the error message you're receiving?
