i would like to change status when i give an Issue to someone.
example:
My ticket is in state "open" but when i give to my team member i wont it to go into "In Progress" but automatic.

Instead of triggering the status change via reassignment you can do it in reverse by requiring the Assignee when changing the status.
That way, when you transition this to In Progress you are required to set an Assignee.
