Issue's Parent field does not hide when creating an issue

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click the Create button at the top.
  2. Select issue type Bug.
  3. Click the breakout menu > Configure fields > Custom fields.
  4. Uncheck Parent.
  5. Click Apply.

Notice that the Parent field still shows, and returning to Configure fields, Parent is once again checked.

For me, several other fields' checked state and display status persists. Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

What type of project is this? Software or Business?

And is it Team-managed or Company-managed?
