Hi everyone,
I'm facing an issue when I try to access Jira. I keep getting the message:
"You're almost there. It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again. If you continue to see this error, raise a support request."
I've waited and refreshed multiple times, but the issue persists.
I tried different browsers and incognito mode.
My internet connection is stable.
I'm using Jira Cloud.
Has anyone encountered this error before or know what might be causing it?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
I understand there appears to have been a delay in regards to adding users to your site. Sorry to hear about this. I have seen a few past support cases related to this topic, it seems that it can sometimes happen due to another cloud site performing intense operations. In most cases, this tends to resolve itself within minutes to sometimes as long as hours.
Is this still a problem now? If this is still a problem please let me know so that we can create a support case to investigate further.
