Issue not showing in Active Sprint or Backlog view

We have an issue that is assigned to a sprint, and if you query sprint = [sprint name] it will show on the list of issues in the sprint, but it is not showing on the active sprint board or in the backlog view for the sprint.  

Have tried unassigning the sprint, reassigning the sprint several times. Have tried changing the assignee.  

Board filter includes all issues in the project, so that is not the problem.

Attaching issue view, query results, results of querying the backlog for the issue, and the backlog view of the sprint.  Looking for PSTQP-2051.

Any ideas?

You might want to check your board column settings - via configure settings. More than likely, it is not mapped to show on that board. Hope this helps.

What is the Status of the issue?

If you go to the board configuration settings, is that status mapped to a column on the board, or does it show in the Unmapped Statuses area? For an issue to display in the Board and Backlog views the issue must be within the scope of the board's filter (which you said it is) and its Status must be mapped to one of the columns in the Board configuration.
