Issue navigator - hiding colums choice

Hello,

Is there any possibility to hide columns choice in issue navigator for chosen roles? I would like to give permission to JIRA to one of my client, but I don't want him to see and be able to choose "fixed budget" column...Maybe there is another solution, restricted access to advanced issue searching per role?

Jira does not do "field level security". See https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-1330 for the whole discussion, workarounds, explainations and so on.

I am not sure if that's an answer for my problem...I would like to define issue filter for particular role + this role shouldn't be able to change this filter.  

To precise, after choosing "Issues and filters" > All issues I would like my client to see only data filtered by my without the possibility of change. 

Maybe from a technical point of view that's the same issue?
