Issue modification time & date

I would like to see when a task is created & modified, before progress has started. In the task detail view it says Created: 2 days ago, Modified: 2 days ago. It would be helpful to me to know the time & date, but where can I find this information?

If you just want to see it, you can hover your mouse over the field and it will show the actual date and time in a tooltip window.
