Issue logging in under Citrix

We use Citrix in our company (although I, along with many developers, don't). For those using Citrix, and IE, you get an error when trying to log in - see below. This is for any Atlassian product, Jira, Confluence ...
The only way around it is to request a password reset, then you're in for that day. The next day, you need to choose another password etc. Our IT people say it's not Citrix - does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Has anyone ever had this on Citrix?

Using Citrix Receiver for HTML5 2.6.3.4008 and IE11 and Citrix Receiver 12.9.0 (Mac) with IE11 in a Desktop I experience something similar:
