Issue linked to an option is not loading immediately only reflecting after some time interval

Hi Community,

I am encountering a situation where I created a custom select field and dynamically added options to it, which will serve as a folder for the issue we created.

I also successfully created the issue and linked it to the option. The problem I am facing is that the issue does not appear when I click the option. It only shows up after some time.

Is there any way to avoid this delay?

Any guidance or insights from the community on how to proceed with this, as my development has stopped because of this.

Are you using a 3rd party integration for this, as ootb there are no options to create a select field with dynamic options.

Can you provide screenshots of this and the configuration?
