Issue in inviting users to Jira

[Deleted user]

When I try inviting a couple of users to Jira, I am getting the below attchated error message. (no account is displayed in the Jira with the name)

Note: Even Org admin is facing the same issue.

Can someone help me resolve this?

Can you go into the administration area under user management and search for each of these users? If any exist and you wish for them to be re-enabled then do so there. Then you can invite the new users separately.

Thank you very much for your message. These users are not visible under users management for both site admins and org admins. Is there any other way to resolve this issue?
