Issue field level permission

Hi everyone,

in my use-case on a Jira Cloud instance, I need to restrict the EDIT permission of a customfiled to certain groups in order to allow its update only to a technical user.

I usually do it on Jira Server with Adaptavist Scriptrunner Behaviours, but they don't provide this functionality on the Cloud.

Is this scenario achievable with some plugins or with Forge and Connect? (I just discover them here https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/ )

You could use forge to create a field that supports edit restrictions, yes.
