Hi, I'm running into an issue.
I recently rejoined the company after leaving for a while, and I wanted to keep using my old Jira/Confluence account. Since I now have a new email address, I tried updating the email on my account from the old one to the new one.
The problem is, during the final step of confirming the new email, it asks me to enter a password. But I don’t actually have a password because I used to log in with Google (using my old email). That email has since been deleted, so I can't access it to confirm the change.
Is there any way I can recover my account and update it to use my new email?

You need access to your old email to confirm the change, and I believe there's no way to bypass this. By any chance, is it possible for your IT team to temporarily recover the old mailbox and allow you to configure your new account?
I believe you should contact support team for assistance with this.
