Issue Type uses different screen

I have 7 issues, All have the same confguration

Same Screen Schema, Same Issue Type Schema, Same workflow Schama every thing is identical.

In the screen that alll issues using I have one field that appears in All issues except one.

This field dosn't appear when I choose this issue, and I don't have any screen with same confugration that this issue uses. Why this field dosn't appear when choosing this issue.
