Issue Status change after update via import CSV in case of modification

Hello,
I am testing the CSV import functionalities as administrator.

I would like to automatize the following scenario:

1. Import CSV --> list of issues to work on.
2. Some of them change status into "Done" (or similar)
3. New baseline CSV --> update the issues 

If some of the "Done" issues has been modified somehow, is it possible to put them in another predetermined state?
