Please help!
I don't know where I managed to break this, but on our Production Jira server, all new issues being created are showing a list from a completely different project when I try to link issues together. It seems to be global, can anyone tell me what I need to fix to get this to show "relates to" items from only its own project?
For the record, I am logged into the project, and double checked to make sure the correct project was selected for the new issue being created.
Hi Ken - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
It's not broken, that's how Jira works. You are allowed to have issues linked to issues in other projects which you have access to.
The problem is, it's not showing the issues for the project I'm actually logged into. No matter which project I'm in (for example XX11, XX22, XX23), when I try to link an issue, it is only showing tickets from DD21, and nothing else.

Okay, that's very strange. You are in a project, say ABC, and there's multiple issues in the project. But when you try to link, none show up for Project ABC?
Finally, what type of project is it? Team-managed? Company-managed? Jira Work Management?

Your assessment is correct - I'm in project ABC, but when I try to link an issue, the dropdown menu is only showing tickets for project XYZ. It's in ALL of my projects in Jira, the majority of which are company-managed.

It sounds like you should go ahead and open a support ticket with Atlassian. Please post the resolution back here to help future users.
