Dear support
When I tried to create a jira software instance, I got the following error: "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: 7a094af6b6834ac99274d355f75f8272)." Would you please check and advise how to fix it?

This could be related to your browser-specific settings, and below are some of the following reasons:
If not running the latest version of the browser, it will be compatible with the Cloud environment
If there are any Extensions added to the browser, then we can manually disable the browser extensions to avoid any of them possibly blocking the content from being loaded.
If this is affected by stored information in the browser.
Run the browser in incognito mode to see and clear all the browser's temporary data at all times (usually Ctrl+Shift+Delete on Windows or Command+Shift+Delete on Mac) and also the following steps.
Also, try on a different machine/environment so we can discard possible different configurations.
Our suggestion would be to try it on a personal computer since it will ensure you're on a different machine and network (without VPN).

Try using incognito/private mode
Access the login on a different machine.
Review if there are any add-ons within the browser blocking connections.
Is there any firewall setup or a network rule setup?
Is there any VPN used by you?
If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of error message.
