Issue ID for Atlassian use: 7a094af6b6834ac99274d355f75f8272

Lya November 11, 2025

Dear support

When I tried to create a jira software instance, I got the following error: "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: 7a094af6b6834ac99274d355f75f8272)." Would you please check and advise how to fix it?

Thanks

Lya

Hello @Lya ,

Welcome to the Community!

This could be related to your browser-specific settings, and below are some of the following reasons:

  • If there are any Extensions added to the browser, then we can manually disable the browser extensions to avoid any of them possibly blocking the content from being loaded.

  • If this is affected by stored information in the browser.

    • Run the browser in incognito mode to see and clear all the browser's temporary data at all times (usually Ctrl+Shift+Delete on Windows or Command+Shift+Delete on Mac) and also the following steps.

  • Also, try on a different machine/environment so we can discard possible different configurations.

    • Our suggestion would be to try it on a personal computer since it will ensure you're on a different machine and network (without VPN).

Hope this helps.

Hi @Harpreet

I tried it on a personal computer and still failed to create a new instance. Could you please help to check if there is any problems with my email? Is there any limitation on the number of the instances a email account can own?

Thanks

Lya

Hello @Lya ,

Thank you for your response.

  • Try using incognito/private mode

  • Access the login on a different machine.

  • Review if there are any add-ons within the browser blocking connections.

  • Is there any firewall setup or a network rule setup?

  • Is there any VPN used by you?

If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of error message.
