Issue Deatils View In Greenhopper - trying to customize this area

We are newer to Greenhopper and are having some issues with configuring a agile board under the Issue Detail view area. When we looked at documentation on your site - we saw the People area was there but on our view we did not see this area. How do we go about adding this area? We want to add our Developer and QA fileds in this view.

We want to add our Assignee and Reporter fields to this area. We need your help to get the People section to appear and to add the fields they support. Please let me know if this is not clear. THanks!

You can see the Issue Details View when clicking on the Issuekey in the backlog, it will prompt you a view on the right side of Scrum board. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GH/Viewing+an+Issue

I think our problem is the version we are running - we are on 6.1.0.
