I am trying to add an issue collector to our Jira Software project.  I am not seeing the option and now am wondering if I am using the right product.  We are a small software development team and want to create a system for collecting issues and assigning, tracking progress and responding to the user.

Hi @JAARS Software Development and welcome to the community.  You want to make sure your project is a company managed project.  Team managed projects do not support issue collectors.

Issue Collectors are available only for Company Managed Projects. 

Please check if your project is Team Managed type ?
