Issue Collector - Oops! Something went wrong...

We are running JIRA on site and using an issue collector.

We have one user then whenever she tries to submit an issue is getting:

Oops! Something went wrong...

Don't worry though! We've logged this problem and will look into it soon!

Where can I find said log? What could be causing this issue?

The location of logs, according to the documentation page:

The logs are written to the log subdirectory of your JIRA Home Directory (or elsewhere if you have configured a different location).
