I have a custom issue collector created in Jira. I used the code to place this on our teams SharePoint 2013 site. I can get everything to work until you hit submit, then i receive an 'Oops! Something went wrong...' error message. Why will the submit button not work?

You should look at your network tab of your Devtool, it should tell you what's going wrong from the response. Most probably a required field or probably, the custom trigger wasn't configured properly.

Hi @Danielle Swanson ,

I wonder if this is impacting you: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-38394

And this document seems to be written for Server but some of it may apply to Cloud: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/issue-collector-fails-with-oops-something-went-wrong-error-425461742.html

Hi @Danielle Swanson

Welcome to the community 🙂

If you have changed the issue collector settings after you have configured the html page, this error may come up.

Make sure it's working manually and then you can choose the custom trigger.

Reconfiguration of html page to include new script from issue collector may fix the issue

Let me know

Thanks
