Hi,

That is not an email from Atlassian.  We would not send out official communications using a gmail.com address.  

I suggest not interacting with whoever is on the other end of that email address.  However it would help if you could report that email to Google Mail directly.  There is a form over in https://support.google.com/mail/contact/abuse?hl=en

That form requires the email headers that only you would have access to.  Please report this message to Google so that they can take action against that account.

I've seen a couple of other reports similar to this - one on telegram, another on gmail as well, and as Atlassian only use atlassian.com, I have to assume they are scams.

May be worth forwarding to abuse@atlassian.com.
