Is there automatic still status change in JIRA Cloud?

At my current team we use JIRA about 10 month now. On "Active Sprints" board as we moved all subtasks of a Story to In progress or Done column/status, the parent issue followed automatically. This seems to stop working in the last few weeks. Have I messed up the settings or has JIRA made changes in the software?

I am aware that I can configure this with an addon, but we were satisfied with the default functionality so far.
