Is there anyway i can create a sub filter function below quick filter function?

hi,

i'm very new to Kanban and try to customize kanban board for the team. I have questions whether its possible to have more than one filter function on top page. 

I would like to have two filters one for the team and the other for each team members.

Yes this is possible. You can have any number of quick filters. Depending on whether you are on server or cloud it may be displayed.

May i ask one more question? I would like to get reconfirmation whether i could do this way. 

I would like to have filter 1 for overall project and has items break down into teams

filter 2 for each teams and has each member's project. 

e.g.)

Quick Filter 1     Team  A       Team B       Team C 

Quick Filter 2     Member 1    Member 2    Member 3     Member 4    

If i could do so, 

would you be able me to guide how to create this way?

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible AFAIK. In Cloud version it does offer some aspect of drop down. It has Assignee at top level and all members in drop down with checkbox, then all other filters you create under a single “Quick Filters” drop down. Now on server I’m not sure where things sit in the latest version but believe it was heading in the same direction as cloud. If you are on server you will need to check the documentation for your version.
