Is there anyone out there having trouble with the radio button for Export under archived issues.

Hello, I have a customer who is trying to export all issues under Archived issues. The customer wants to export them as an Excel Spreadsheet. The problem is the button is not there ? I looked up how to do this and it would be pretty straight forward, But the Export button does not appear. Is this a bug with Jira Software? Is there an easy work around or fix for this? My client has a lot of work to do and not having this feature slows the process significantly. Also my client cannot seem to move the issues around or copy. Is this a limitation of the software or perhaps a bug? It seems to work for some people and not for others? A little confused about what going on here? Please Advise on this!

You need to be a Jira system admin to export archived issues.
