Is there any way to group your Favorite filters of filters shared to you?

I am working on different projects, each one has two or more filters. Is it possible to group each filter for one project?

If not, what are some plug ins available to make this possible?

At the moment no. The only way is to have a proper naming covention for your filters.

May be during 2014 up to now there were some changes in this request.
We also would like to put favorite selection into a favorite group to keep them together and not having a hugh list if single selection.
Are there any solutions implemented in the time between or do you have another solution how to group filters into a group filter naming structure..
Also still open is the question having a probable plug in available?
