Is there any way to get FieldScreen user Creator and creation Date ?

I have a Jira software server version and i want to know who created certain Fields screens and when, do you have any way to retrieve this informations, any ideas ?

This is recorded in the admin audit log, but there's not a huge amount of detail in it.

i tried to search in admin audit log by FieldScreen name or id but did not get any relevant informations except fields added to screens .

Can Atlassian-Jira log file contain these informations?

Not off-the-shelf.  You can increase some of the class logging, but the data going into the logs is not that helpful.
