Is there any way to friend Google Apps logins with Atlassian products?

I'm sorry, "friend google apps logins" doesn't make a lot of sense. I don't know if you mean "find" the logins for reporting, or use the logins for atlassian applications (instead of maintaining your own internal directories of people)

Also, are you talking about Server (downloaded) or Cloud (OnDemand) applications? For Cloud, see https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Setting+up+Google+Apps+for+your+OnDemand+instance

For server, it's a bit more complex, but not worth starting until we know

i mean that i have Google Apps with over 150 users and 5 different domains. so, i want let these users to use Jira at least.... but would be great to use some other applications.

also, it should be downloaded versions of products.
