Is there any way to filter by month aging Jiras

I have a filter which gives me all open Jiras for more than a year. We want a report to show that after our initiative to work with devs, this number of open aged issues are going down every month. Please share ideas of how can this be done

Current filter: issuetype = Bug AND (Reporter = x OR Reporter = y OR Reporter = z) AND createdDate <= -365d AND status not in (Closed, Verified, Resolved, Done) ORDER BY created ASC

I am a bit unclear on what you want but am thinking that maybe the created vs. resolved chart in dashboards might work for you?
