Is there any way to create queues on Service desk only visible to certain users?

We have a project in JIRA with JIRA service Desk with multiple queues for multiple user groups, but i want to make easy to them find their queue.

So Is  there any way to make queues only be visible to certain users?

¿Can we set up two different Service Desk for one project?

I do not think that is an option at the moment. You might want to raise a feature request!
