Is there any way to change issue statues and field automaticly based on the linked issue changed?

I have many similar issues being created by members, but they should be duplicated with each other. So I linked them together first, then I want when one of these issue status/resolution/comments has changed,other linked issue will have the same changed at once.

I have install jira workflow tools, but not success in above conditions.

Can I get a useage example for that? Thanks
