Is there any way to add "Create Issue" button to the workflow transitional screen?(State to State)

I wanted to add "Create Issue" button to the Workflow transitional screen from state to state like the way "create Another" botton ckeck box in Create Issue screen. Is there any posibility to achieve this functionality.

You might want to add an issue operation which is available only on the worflow states you want. A workflow action is probably a bad thing as it indicates state changes.

In both cases, you will have to do some coding to do capture the details for the new issue and create it.
